China Tree would like to provide an environment for anyone who has a desire to learn the Chinese Language and Culture to be able to come to our school and find a place which provides “the best” curriculum and setting to learn this rich language and culture..
The mission of China Tree is to provide children an opportunity to learn about the history and rich culture of China. For those children who have ties to China either through adoption or being born to Chinese parents we want to give them an opportunity to embrace their history through language and culture. For children who have an interest in learning Chinese language we want to provide this unique opportunity to them through this program.
China Tree Chinese Culture and Language School will:
- Provide language and literacy development in spoken and written Chinese as appropriate for children of different ages.
- Provide a proven curriculum which is “age and level” appropriate for each student.
- Provide trained teachers who will be trained through the Ding Hao Chinese School in Radnor, Pa. Training will be ongoing through our partnership with the Ding Hao School.
- Provide a nurturing learning environment.
- Assess our school effectiveness as a basis for continuous improvement using a proven testing method through used by the Ding Hao School.
